RUB 450 mln to be allocated for reconstruction of Evpatoria seaport’s infrastructure in 2015 - 2017

In 2015-2017, RUB 450 mln will be allocated for the construction and reconstruction of the infrastructure of Evpatoria seaport (Crimea), the port’s press center says.

The programme is primarily aimed at the transfer of cargo operations from the center of Evpatoria city to Donuzlav lake.

Besides, the work will be carried out to reconstruct and restore hydraulic engineering facilities of the port and further development of port infrastructure.

To implement the programme at the seaport of Evpatoria, a working group was set up by the order of the port Director. It will be headed by the first deputy to the Director. 

Commercial Seaport of Evpatoria is located in the northern part of Kalamitskiy Bay (Black Sea). The navigation lasts round the year as the port does not freeze. There is a ferry terminal for transshipment of general cargo and servicing passengers.
