Primorsk line of aquabus service in Saint-Petersburg will resume operation from May 29, 2014. The service will link Staraya Derevnya with Finlyandskaya railway station and the Bronze Horsman, says the Transport Information Bureau of Saint-Petersburg.
The line will service passengers from 08:00 till 20:00 on weak days, with 30-minute intervals or 15-minute intervals during rush-hours. The service will operate till October 29, 2014.
Eight vessels will be deployed for operation in 2014.
This year, Saint-Petersburg authorities can subsidize one water transport line from the municipal budget. The operator is supposed to service the line without budget subsidies starting from the next year.
Auabuses were launched in Saint-Petersburg in 2008. Initially, there were four lines: Tsentralnaya, Primorskaya, Kurortnaya and Nevskaya.
