  Epic Gas announces unaudited financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014

  

  Epic Gas Ltd. today announced its unaudited financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. All dollar amounts reported in US Dollars unless otherwise stated, the company said in its press release.

  Total Revenues of $27.4 million
  Adjusted EBITDA of $6.5 million
  Average time charter equivalent revenues of $8,688 per day, or $264,260 per month
  Fleet operational utilisation of 94.9%
  As of August 20, 2014, owned and operated fleet of 36 ships as compared to 22 ships as of
  January 1, 2013 and 25 ships as of January 1, 2014
  As of August 20, 2014, newbuilding program of 11 ships (incl. 2 ships on bareboat-in contracts) with remaining capital expenditure of approximately $182 million
