CMA CGM advises its customers of the Port Congestion Surcharge amount in Douala as from October 13th, 2014:
 From Europe, Mediterranean and Red Sea: EUR 350 / 20' - EUR 450 / 40'
 From UK: GBP 275 / 20' - GBP 353 / 40'
 From USA and Canada: USD 450 / 20' - USD 580 / 40'
