Vladimir Mochalov appointed as Deputy Director General of Rosmorport (photo)

On October 14, 2014, Vladimir Mochalov took the position of Deputy Director General of Rosmorport on work with executive authorities, the company announced.

Vladimir Mochalov will be in charge of arranging cooperation with the federal/regional/local executive authorities and representing the interests of Rosmorport there.

Vladimir Mochalov was born on September 2, 1953 in Tbilisi (Georgian SSR). He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Russia with specialization in international law. He was certified as international lawyer with a knowledge of a foreign language. His working career started in 1975 году. From July 1975 till September 2014 Vladimir Mochalov was serving in the Army of the USSR and the Russian Federation.
