First Marine Arctic School in Russia has been opened in the Murmansk Region. It will operate at the premises of Murmansk State Technical University (MSTU), press center of MSTU says.
The School invites students to study the funDamentals of marine navigation, shipbuilding history, radio and electronic engineering, electric equipment of vessels, maritime English, funDamentals of web-designing etc.
Lectures, practical training and laboratory research will be arranged by the MSTU teachers. The students will participate in R&D activities as well as in student conferences.
The school year starts this October. The education course is free, the enrollment is based on interview results.
