According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $305 per tonne (+$2), MGO price was $565 per tonne (+$1).
Average indications at the internal market are steady at about RUB 19,100 pmt for heavy fuel oil and RUB 34,200 pmt for MGO.
The port of Singapore sees a decrease of heavy fuel oil and MGO prices (-$13 and -$19 accordingly).
