Russian Gov't includes Port Taman Dry Bulk Area and the Kerch Strait bridge in the territorial planning scheme
The Russian government has approved the proposals submitted by the Ministry of Transport to change the scheme of transportation territorial planning, the government's official website said.
In its Order July 9, 2015 №1324-p the Gov't made changes to the scheme of territorial planning concerning the construction of the Kerch Strait bridge for transport passage, of rail and road access to it, the construction of Dry Bulk Area in the port of Taman and of the federal highway M25.
These changes include a descriptive part and a map of the planned siting of federal facilities of the country's transport system.
The Order will allow public authorities and local governments to make decisions on reservation of land, the allocation of of land for state or municipal needs, the transfer of land from one category to another, the development of land planning documents in order to create federal facilities and issuance of construction permits.
