Kerch Strait ferry line carried recently 3,651 vehicles, nearly 17,000 passengers

On Monday, July 21, the Kerch Strait ferry line was operating normally. The LLC Marine Directorate's traffic control service reported that there were eight Ro-Ro / passenger vessels operating on the Kerch Strait ferry crossing: POBEDA, OLYMPIADA, KRYM and PROTOPOROS IV on the Kavkaz-Krym route and GLIKOFILOUSA III, MAJOR CHAPICHEV, KERCHENSKY-2 and YEYSK – on the Kavkaz-Kerch Maritime Trading Port line.

Since yesterday the ferries have transported: 2,421 vehicles (including 89 semi-trailer trucks) and 10,233 passengers to Port Krym; 1,227 vehicles (including 164 trucks) and 6,707 passengers to Port Kavkaz.

As of 08:00 (GMT+3), July 21, 2015 there are different types of vehicles waiting embarkation. In Port Kavkaz: 520 passenger cars, 7 intercity buses, 15 GAZelle vans and 20 semi-trailer trucks; at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban automobile parking lot: 196 trucks; at the Krym Terminal, Port of Kerch: 25 passenger cars; and at the parking lot of "Airport": 45 trucks.
