RF Prime Minister signs Decree on FAS powers related to natural monopolies’ activities

RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a Decree on FAS powers related to the activities of natural monopolies (No 941, dated September 4, 2015), press center of RF Government states.

The newly signed Decree confirms the authority of FAS on enactment and enforcement in the sphere of activities of natural monopolies, state regulation of prices (tariffs) for goods (services).

Besides, the Rules for FAS to make decisions on setting prices (tariffs) have been approved.

The document was considered and approved at RF Government meeting on September 2, 2015.
