Deputy General Director of FSUE Rosmorport inspects reconstruction of Murmansk Seaport's passenger terminal

Deputy General Director for Capital Construction of FSUE “Rosmorport” Alexey Nemkov went on a business trip to Murmansk Branch from 01 till 02 October 2015, Rosmorport says in its press release.

During the trip he inspected a construction site at the reconstructed passenger terminal in Murmansk Seaport. Summing up the results of the inspection, Alexey Nemkov conducted a business meeting with representatives of contractors and design supervision.

The passenger terminal building is being reconstructed in the framework of the Arctic Harbor Program, which was initiated by the Murmansk Region Government. According to the project, the building will fit a Russian state border checkpoint area for citizens arriving from abroad at cruise ships.

Besides, within the Arctic Harbor Program, the long-distance lines pier has been reconstructed.
