Clarksons, the world's leading shipping services group, wins the 2015 Deal of the Year at the annual Lloyds List Global Awards for its acquisition of RS Platou ASA, the company said in its press release.
Described by the judges as a watershed deal that set new standards in the broking industry, the panel was unanimous that this groundbreaking acquisition should win.
