According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews , the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 216 pmt (-$4), MGO price was $ 464 pmt (-$2).
Market players say further decline of heavy fuel oil prices is possible.
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market were ranging RUB 15,300 to 17,000 pmt, price range per a tonne of MGO was between RUB 32,300 and RUB 34,500 pmt.
The port of Singapore saw an increase of bunker prices by $2 on the average.
