Rosmorport appoints Yakov Bykov Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance (photo)

Yakov Bykov has been appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of FSUE Rosmorport from November 11, 2015, the Company’s press center says.

Order No 955/к was signed on November 11, 2015.

Yakov Bykov was born on 5 January, 1978 in Moscow. 

In 1999 he graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance, as an economist. 
In 2010 he graduated from the Russian Justice Academy with a degree in law, as a lawyer.

He began his labor activity in 1996.

From June 2005 till June 2006 he worked as leading specialist of the Taxation Group of the Reporting and Supervision Division of the Finance and Economics Department of ZAO "Severnaya Gornaya Kompaniya".
From June 2006 till July 2007 he worked as manager of Taxation Department of  the Reporting and Supervision Division of the Finance and Economics Department of ZAO "Severstal-Resurs". 
From July 2007 till January 2013 consecutively held positions of manager, senior manager, Director of Taxation Group of Tax and Legal Consulting Practice of ZAO "BDO".
From February till November 2015 was Chief Accountant — Head of Department of Accounting, Statistics, Taxation, Reporting and Methodology of FSUE "Rosmorport". 
From March till November 2015 was acted Deputy General Director for economics and finance of FSUE “Rosmorport” keeping his position.

In November 2015 was transferred to the position of Deputy General Director for economics and finance of FSUE “Rosmorport” keeping his position.
