Hapag-Lloyd informs about local surcharges & Detention tariff for East Russia

With effect from November 23, 2015 Hapag-Lloyd will implement the following local surcharges for all export shipments from Slavyanka, East Russia (RUKSA):
 Export Bill of Lading Fee (MTD): RUB 625 per B/L.
 Security Manifest Document Fee (SMD): USD 35 per B/L.
 Security Manifest Amendment Fee (SMC): USD 35 per B/L.
 Seal Fee (SEC): USD 22 per seal.
Export Detention Charges (MHO)
Transpacific Trade (USA and Canada)
Seal Fee (SEC) will also be applicable for all exports from Vladivostok and Vostochny to USA and Canada with effect from December 25, 2015:
 Seal Fee: USD 22 per seal
