River navigation is closed in Saint-Petersburg

Navigation at the rivers of Saint-Petersburg (Big Neva and Small Neva) is closed from November 30, 2015, says the city committee for transport infrastructure development.

From November 30, vessels can pass the rivers of Saint-Petersburg only upon preliminary application approved by the committee. The bridges will be raised only when it is required for their scheduled maintenance.
