Krasnodar Krai sea ports handled 53 bulk carriers with Russian export grain cargo

Between December 19 and 29 this year, bulk terminals of Krasnodar Territory based sea ports loaded 1.032 million tonnes of export grain and its products onto 53 bulk carriers. Of the volume 825,000 tonnes of milling wheat were loaded to 29 vessels, Rosselkhoznadzor press office said.

Export grain products were shipped to Georgia Republic, Egypt, Italy, Yemen, Libya, Lebanon, South Africa, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Turkey, Cyprus, South Korea, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and Israel.

Year-to-date, over 20,448,000 tonnes of grain / grain products were exported through the regional terminals to 63 countries worldwide.

Experts of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea checked the cargo and issued phytosanitary certificates, which indicate that the certified products meet the specific phytosanitary requirements of importing countries.

Today, the southern regional ports of Yeysk, Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Temryuk and Tuapse continue loading the cargo of milling wheat, corn, barley, peas, wheat bran and sunflower meal. These products are exported to Egypt, Georgia, Turkey, Mozambique, Malawi, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, the Netherlands, Algeria, Nigeria, Italy and Sudan.

Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance is the federal authority, carrying out functions on control and supervision in the field of veterinary science.
