According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews , the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 148 pmt (-$12), MGO price was $ 378 pmt (-$29).

Minimum price for IFO-180 HS - $135 pmt. MGO prices range between $340 and $400 pmt. Average MGO indications at the port of Vladivostok exceed those at the port of Singapore by $70.
 
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market range RUB 13,800 to RUB 15,000 pmt, MGO – RUB 31,600 to RUB 32,000 pmt.
