Pacific Fleet ship detachment visited the port of Shanghai
The Pacific Fleet ship formation led by the Bistry destroyer has visited the port of Shanghai within the combat task performance in the Pacific Ocean on January 17, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Today the official delegation of the Pacific Fleet led by the Commander of the ship detachment Rear Admiral Alexander Yuldashev has held a protocol meeting with representatives of the East Sea Fleet Command of the People's Liberation Army Navy.
On the same day, the Bistry destroyer was visited by the leadership of the military naval district Usun. In their turn, the Russian seamen went on board ship of the Chinese Navy.
In the course of these several dasy, the crews of the ships will have rest, replenish supplies as well as will go for excursions to get familiarized with places of interest of Shanghai.
The visit will finish on January 21. Then the detachment will head to Vladivostok.
