Minimum heavy fuel oil price is $105 pmt, MGO prices range between $330 pmt and $350 pmt.
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market are ranging RUB 12,500 to 13,500 pmt, price range per a tonne of MGO is between RUB 29,500 and RUB 31,000 pmt.
Average indicative price for MGO at the port of Singapore is still lower than that in the port of Vladivostok by $ 70 on average, making the price in Russia's Far Eastern port uncompetitive.
