Hapag-Lloyd to implement an Equipment Maintenance Fee in Iraq

With effect from the following dates, Hapag-Lloyd will implement an Equipment Maintenance Fee (EMF) for all import containers to Iraq as follows:

The above charges will be collected locally and does not apply to Shipper’s Own Containers.
Please note that all changes which do require a legal 30 day notice are duly filed and announced in the respective Public Tariffs. This document does not replace the application of the Public Tariff.
