RF Transport Ministry publishes requirements for permanently available OSR manpower and resources

Draft requirements for manpower and resources under continuous availability to respond to oil spills on the continental shelf, in the internal maritime waters, territorial sea and contiguous zone of the Russian Federation are supposed to be approved without public discussions, says the federal portal for legal information. The document is currently under independent anticorruption expert assessment which is supposed to last till February 17, 2016.
