Unifeeder implemented a congestion surcharge for containers handled via ECT Delta and ECT Euromax in Rotterdam, the company said in its press release.
The surcharge will amount to EUR 35.00 per laden and empty TEU and will be applied from 1 March 2016. This means that the surcharge will apply for all containers loaded at one of the two terminals on or after Tuesday 1 March and for all containers loaded at outports on or after 1 March for handling at ECT Delta or Euromax.
