EBRD sold its stake in TransContainer

TransContainer says the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has sold its 9.245-pct stake in the company (1,284,574 voting shares).

Thus, EBRD has no TransContainer shares now. The transaction took place on April 6, 2016.

TransContainer is Russia’s leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, providing comprehensive container transportation and freight management services.
