On September 10, the port of Murmansk welcomed cruise ship Hamburg (flag of the Bahama Islands), the last liner to call the port this navigation season, says press center of FSUE Rosmorport.
The ship carrying 459 passenger and crewmembers moored at the pier intended for long-distance lines. Upon completion of the sightseeing programme in Murmansk the ship left for the port of Honningsvag (Norway).
This year the port of Murmansk welcomed 6 cruise ships carrying over 2,300 passengers and crewmembers. 180-meter long Nautica was the longest vessel to call the port.
Next year the port is going to see more cruise ships. All of them will moor at the pier intended for long-distance lines able to accommodate vessels with length of up to 180.5 meters, breadth of up to 25.5 meters and loaded draught of up to 5.95 meters.
