On 10 November 2016, Okskaya Shipyard (UCL Holding) delivered new pontoon park PP-2005 built for RF Defence Ministry under the contract signed in 2015. The contract was fulfilled as scheduled, says the shipyard.
PP-2005 is intended for installation and maintenance of bridge and ferry crossings. The shipyard has performed core production modernization and improvement of the facility structures.
Okskaya Shipyard currently builds pontoon facilities for military and civilian purposes including those to be deployed in challenging conditions for development of oil and gas fields.
