The Baltic Fleet corvettes Soobrazitelny and Stoyky (project 20380) performed combat missile launches against surface and aerial targets at the ranges of the Baltic Sea, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
The military seamen engaged sea targets imitating a ship and a cruise missile of simulated enemy. The firings were carried out simultaneously from missile systems Uran and surface-to-air complexes Redut.
The missiles successfully hit the assigned targets. The combat training missions were performed under strong jamming conditions.
After the firing, the crews conducted a number of trainings on damage control, EW and anti-sabotage defence. Moreover the ships practiced joint maneuvering and passage of a narrowness.
