In January-October 2016, the port of Primorsk handled 54,038,900 t of cargo (+11%, year-on-year). According to the port authority, crude oil transshipment climbed by 16% to 42,678,100 t.
Transshipment of oil products declined by 5%, year-on-year, to 11,360,800 t.
Port Primorsk is Russia’s largest oil port in the Baltic Sea. It is the final stage of the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS).
