Aker BP extends Safe Zephyrus contract

Aker BP ASA (formerly Det norske oljeselskap ASA) has extended the charter of the Safe Zephyrus semi-submersible accommodation vessel at the Ivar Aasen Project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea, the company said in its press release.
The 10 day option extends on site operations through January 2017 and has a total value of approximately USD 1.7 million.
Prosafe is a leading owner and operator of semi-submersible accommodation vessels.
