Rouble prices of MGO have soared at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia due to excise rate increase from January 1, 2017. MGO price rises as high as RUB 43,000.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $282.

Average price of MGO - $454 pmt (+$1).

Average price of ULSFO - $411 pmt (+$4).
