In January-March 2017, seaports of Russia handled 181.7 mln t of cargo (+8%, year-on-year) including 80 mln t of dry cargo (+9.1%) and 100.7 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+7.1%), says press center of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).
Seaports of the Arctic basin handled 13.68 mln t (+37.6%) including 5.8 mln t of dry cargo (-3.1%) and 7.98 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+99.3%).
Seaports of the Baltic Sea Basin handled 61.5 mln t (+7.9%) including 23.2 mln t of dry cargo (+14.2%) and 38.3 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+4.4%).
Seaports of the Azov-Black Sea Basin handled 58.64 mln t (+5.8 %) including 23.2 mln t of dry cargo (+8.7%) and 35.24 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+3.9%).
Seaports of the Caspian Basin handled 0.91 mln t (-51.4 %) including 0.66 mln t of dry cargo (-29.5%) and 0.26 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (-69.6%).
Seaports of Far East Basin handed 45.9 mln t (+8.3%) including 26.9 mln t of dry cargo (+9.1%) and 19 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+7.1%).
