Light fuel is in deficit at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 260 pmt (-$2), IFO-380 НS - $245 pmt, MGO price was $452 pmt (-$18).

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $235 and $265 pmt depending on the amount of fuel sold. 

Market players note the deficit of light fuel, the prices are ranging between $430 and $470 pmt depending on fuel availability.

The indications at the port of Singapore climbed by $9.
