Murmansk hosted Northern Dimension nuclear operating committee meeting

First Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region Alexey Tyukavin took part in the Northern Dimension nuclear operating committee meeting held aboard the Lenin icebreaker. According to the press center of Murmansk Region Government, spent nuclear fuel management and utilization of the Lepse floating base were at the top of the agenda at the meeting. On behalf of the Governor of the Murmansk region Marina Kovtun Alexey Tyukavin presented participants representing the UK, Finland, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway as well as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with letters of gratitude for the contribution to the nuclear safety cooperation in the Arctic.
