Bunker fuel volume sold at the Port of Vladivostok soared by 66.5% in January-July to 393,000 tonnes
The volume of bunker fuel supplied in January-July to ships at the Port of Vladivostok and on its offshore anchorage locations totaled 393,000 tonnes, which is approximately 66.5% more than in the same period a year before (236,000 tonnes), the Port Authority of Primorsky Krai and the Eastern Arctic ports told PortNews.
Less than a quarter of this volume (83,600 tonnes) was supplied at offshore locations (west, east and inner anchorage), the rest at the port.
In the total volume of fuel oil was about 307.3 thous. tons, FCM-about 61.4 thous. tons, the rest is diesel.
The number of bunkering operations increased from 1816 to 1951.
