Hyundai Merchant Marine ranks 4th on schedule reliability for June 2017

Hyundai Merchant Marine announced that its global on-time performance in June ranked 4th among the 18 largest container carriers, the company said in its press release.
 
According to SeaIntel’s Global Liner Performance Report, HMM was the 4th reliable carrier in June with a reliability score of 83.6 percent, a significant improvement of 8.6 percent points from last month with ranking of 12th.
 
HMM’s reliability score in June was also 6 percent points higher than global average of 78 percent among top 18 carriers. This result was calculated for East-West, India, and South America services.
 
Since last year’s successful restructuring, HMM has put its utmost effort on rebuilding customer trust and improving its service quality. HMM has also focused on improving its schedule reliability, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
