The court judge, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, has sentenced Mr. Gorelik to seven years in prison serving his sentence in a general penal colony and slapped him with a fine of RUB 800,000.

His accomplice businessmen Valery Sedov was sentenced to four-year conditional sentence (Art. 73 Criminal Code) and the imposition of certain duties with a fine of RUB 200,000.
