  Bunker prices are still high at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

  

  According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 276 pmt (+$3), IFO-380 НS - $259 pmt (+$1), MGO price was $513 pmt.

  Fuel deficit is still observed in the region. Railway traffic is hampered with repair works after the tropical storm Noru. Market players expect the supplies to improve the situation.

  Fuel oil prices are ranging between $27050 and $265 pmt. Maximum IFO-180 НS price is $285 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Singapore show an decrease by $4 on the average.
