CMA CGM announces FAK rates from Mediterranean to USEC

CMA CGM implemented Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from October 1st, 2017 and until further notice:

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:
 Origin Range: From Mediterranean ports
 Destination Range: To United States East Coast ports: New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Miami
 Date of application: From October 1st, 2017 until further notice
