RS promotes Pavel Shikhov to Far East Branch Director

Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) has announced the following senior executives appointment effective as from September 1, 2017.

Sergei Kulikov was appointed Deputy General Director and head of RS’ Maritime Department.

"Kulikov's great experience will give a new impetus to the RS client and quality focused approach working with operational vessels" commented the appointment in the RS.

Pavel Shikhov was appointed the Director of the Far East Branch of the RS to manage the implementation of RS requirements and standards for large-scale shipbuilding and import substitution projects in the Far Eastern region with the participation of leading oil and gas Russian companies.
