According to the plan of the Indra 2017 first-ever tri service, Russian and Indian warships launched a maritime phase at the training grounds of the Pacific Fleet, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
The large landing ship Admiral Nevelskoy, small-sized ASW vessel Ust-Ilimsk, frigate Satpura and corvette Kadmatt have comprised a combined group of Russian and Indian warships.
Warships drilled joint maneuvering and held training to organize communication.
Today, the inspection parties of the Pacific Fleet and Indian Navy drilled actions to control maritime shipping and vessel inspection international procedures of a suspect vessel.
The maritime phase is to take place till October 26.
