Swiber's subsidiary placed into bankruptcy by the District Court of Helsinki

Swiber Holdings Limited (Judicial Managers Appointed) has announced, that  Bitachon Offshore Contractor Oy  (“ BOC ”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiber, has been placed into bankruptcy on 16 November 2017 by the District Court of Helsinki, and that Mr Robert Peldan has  been appointed as its administrator.  BOC is a dormant company, which Swiber had identified to be placed into bankruptcy  as part of Swiber and the Swiber Group’s ongoing efforts to streamline its corporate structure and restructure  its group operations.
