Hapag Lloyd to withdraw Winter Surcharge to/from Russia from April 1, 2018

Hapag Lloyd will withdraw the current Winter Surcharge (WSU) which is applicable to all import and export shipments to/from Russia, with effect from April 1, 2018, the company announces in its press release.
