US Federal Maritime Commission votes on agreements filed by MTOs at Port of Tacoma

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) voted to allow the Husky-Ports America Washington Marine Terminal Cooperative Working Agreement (FMC Agreement #201240), to go into effect on March 31, 2018. A Request for Additional Information was issued for the Tacoma Marine Terminal Operator Conference Agreement (FMC Agreement #201241) and the Tacoma Marine Terminal Cooperative Working Agreement (FMC Agreement #201242).
