Marine Recruiting Agency LLC (MRA, a company of UCL Holding) says it has upgraded its distance training having expanded it with new courses – dock engineer, slingsman and tallyman.
The Agency’s software system is a server product of MRA offering materials for theoretical classes covering labour/ industrial safety and safety of working at height, first aid, firefighting and mooring training (mooring man). Having completed the course, the trainees pass a test. If necessary, MRA Training Center assists in selection of a practical training place.
Apart from training, the system lets the Agency’s partners arrange training and certification of their employees having selected courses, training periods and duration on their own. This approach enables MRA partners reduce their expenses for personnel training.
