Multipurpose Reloading Complex increased its social allocations by 14%
From the beginning of 2018, Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC, a company of UCL Holding) operating at the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad Region) has allocated RUB 2.6 million for implementation of its social programme, up 14%, year-on-year.
In the reporting period, the company has doubled, to RUB 540,000 its social payments to the employees. MRC employees received bonuses on the occasion of the most significant state and professional holidays. Additional financial assistance was provided to employees with multi-child families, unwed mothers employed by the port and parents of first-graders. The company also has a tradition of providing financial assistance on the occasion of significant family celebrations like wedding.
More than RUB 370,000 (+41%, year-on-year) was allocated as compensation of employees’ expenses for medical services, medicines, sports, events arranged for children and their health-improving rest during summer holidays.
Moreover, MRC allocated over RUB 200,000 for different professional development programmes.
This year, MRC has been traditionally involved in supporting the citizens of Kingisepp having allocated RUB 1.5 million for the development of a pedestrian zone along the Vostochnaya and Vorovskoi streets. That is one of the largest recreational areas in the town.
The company earlier participated in large-scale social projects of Kingisepp. In 2017, MRC was financing the construction of a family library.

The main cargo is export power coal. In 2017, MRC LLC handled 5.5 million tonnes of cargo.
