Hapag-Lloyd to enhance Europe-Australia & Indian Ocean Islands network in Q3, 2019

Hapag-Lloyd is going to improve its Australia product by introducing a new competitive and reliable service concept via Singapore, providing faster transit times to all major ports in Australia, the shipping company said in a press release.

The new product will offer an increased sailing frequency to/from Australian ports, with more connections and shipping options in both directions.

This enhanced network will start with the first southbound sailing from Europe during 3rd Quarter 2019 and will gradually replace the existing EAX service.

At the same time, Hapag-Lloyd will also provide a new service coverage for Pointe Des Galets, La Reunion and adjacent islands.
