PortNews appreciates support of RF Transport Ministry and Maritime Cargo Bureau provided to 2nd DG Conference

PortNews Media Group is grateful to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for its support of the 2nd Conference “Dangerous Goods: New Transportation Requirements” and to Maritime Cargo Bureau which acted as the event’s General Sponsor.

The conference was successfully held on 12 March 2019 at the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation (Moscow).

The event gathered about 100 delegates who listened to 13 presentations, discussed some specific features of control over DGs safe transportation in Russia and acknowledged absence of threats to the stability of DG shipping market.

The conference participants outlined certain problems and offered some solutions that will be reflected by the Conference Resolution.

The delegates of the 2nd Conference “Dangerous Goods: New Transportation Requirements” supported the proposal of the Organization Committee to hold the 3^rd DG Conference in 2020.
