Bunker prices go down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Saint-Petersburg bunker market has entered the phase of decrease responding to USA oil reserve statistics.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $370 pmt (-$10). 

Average price of MGO - $558 pmt (-$17).   

Average price of ULSFO - $520 pmt (-$20). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $355 and $390 pmt.

Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam have increased by $3 on the average.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
