Aleksey Yushchenko appointed Acting Director of Sedov Water Transport Institute

Aleksey Yushchenko appointed as Acting Director of Sedov Water Transport Institute, the branch of Admiral Ushakov State Maritime University from 2 April 2019. The Order has been signed by Ushakov University Rector, the educational institution told IAA PortNews.

Aleksey Yushchenko is a graduate of Sedov Water Transport Institute: in 1993 he graduated from Rostov Marine College named after Sedov, specialization - ship engineer; in 1999 Novorossiysk State Marine Academy, specialization – marine engineer.

He started his career as an engine mechanic. Was employed by Rostov Marine College named after Sedov in 2006, then by Sedov Water Transport Institute for different positions including Deputy Director for Conventional Traing.  Candidate of Technical Sciences, simulator training instructor and examiner.

Sedov Water Transport Institute in Rostov-on-Don is a state educational institution offering a continuing education and providing with an opportunity to get a qualifications from engine mechanic certificate to a diploma of engineer.
