RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Sovcomflot sign Agreement on Cooperation

Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and Sergey Frank, President & CEO of Sovcomflot, have signed an Agreement on Cooperation today, April 9, at the 5^th International Arctic Forum ‘Arctic: Territory of Dialogue’, IAA PortNews correspondent reports from the forum.

Under the newly signed agreement the parties will ensure information, analytical and organizational support of events held by each of them; joint organization and holding of exhibitions, fairs, congresses, business meetings, seminars and other events focused on the development of commercial shipping;  interaction in issues related to integration of the Russian Federation into the global economic system of seaborne transport;  joint development of document standards for commercial shipping;  popularization of maritime laws and alternative ways to settle maritime disputes. etc.
